Equipment used to make the flower chain bookmarks:

Equipment:
Fiskars flower punch (approx. 2 ½ cm diameter – almost 1 inch)
Glue (that dries clear)
White/silver ribbon
Round hole punch (for making flower centre). I used a Crop-A-Dile (with pink handles in the photo)*
Diamantes (that are smaller than the round centre of the flower)
Tweezers
Ruler
Coloured card in bright colours
Punch out flower shapes using Fiskars flower punch and multi-coloured card.
Punch out small round dots for the centres of the flowers in multi-colours.
Attach random coloured dots to the centres of the flowers with a clear-drying glue. Using tweezers makes placing the small dots a bit easier.
Turn a flower over and place ribbon across the back centre of the flower. Glue the ribbon in place with a small dot of glue. Take a flower of another colour and place over the ribbon, aligning with petals of flower underneath. Press carefully.
The following photo shows the varied colours of the flowers and the two sides of the flower bookmark.

Measure along the ribbon leaving however much space you want between flowers. Make sure this space between the flowers is even all the way along the ribbon.
When the bookmark is at the desired length, finish with a diamante in the centre of each flower. The diamantes I used were pre-glued, which was great as it made them easier and quicker to apply, and I used tweezers to place them in the centre of each flower on the coloured centre dot.
*The Crop-A-Dile is made by We R Memory Keepers and is a hole puncher for 1/8” and 3/16” holes, eyelet and snap setter all in one tool. It contains a depth gauge and it cuts through paper, fabric, and even thick board.
